TOMBICO PROPERTIES LTD evolved from a solo building projects firm into a strong construction and development company. Today the company operates as a complete professional construction services entity using its collective skills and understanding of markets to develop a unique value preposition to its clients.

• Engineering design – this include architectural drawings, structural design & detailing, road design and other civil works.
• General construction – this area covers construction of residential, commercial & public buildings, roads construction, drainage structures and WASH facilities.
• Real estate development
• Rental Equipment – we own a wide range of construction equipment for rent; complete concrete slab formwork system with props, timbers, plywood and clips, scaffolding, concrete drum mixers, poker vibrators for concrete, compactors, steel bar cutters and others.
